믿고 듣는 보이스 거미가 〈리코드 프로젝트〉의 7번째 주자로 참여해 ‘Autumn Breeze’를 공개한다.

 

 

‘리코드 프로젝트 (re;code Project)’는 숨.듣.명의 원조 격인 음원 발굴 프로젝트로, 인디 아티스트와 기성 아티스트의 콜라보레이션으로 숨어 있는 명곡을 소개하고 ‘긱스 (Geeks), 소유 (SOYOU)’의 ‘Officially Missing You, Too’, ‘에일리(AILEE), 2LSON’의 ‘I'm In Love’ 등 다수의 히트곡을 만들어 내며 업계와 대중들의 찬사를 받아온 프로젝트다.

“리코드 프로젝트”의 일곱 번째 주자는 대한민국을 대표하는 독보적인 여성 감성 보컬리스트, R&B 여제 ‘거미’다. ‘거미’는 데뷔곡 ‘그대 돌아오면..’을 시작으로 ‘친구라도 될 걸 그랬어’, ‘기억상실’, ‘어른아이’, ‘미안해요’ 등 수많은 히트곡과 함께 최고의 R&B 보컬로 자리 잡은 아티스트다. 또한 ‘태양의 후예’, ‘호텔 델루나’, ’구르미 그린 달빛’ 등 수많은 드라마 OST 작업과 함께 “OST 퀸”으로 명성을 떨치고 있다.

이번에 발표되는 ‘거미’의 ‘Autumn Breeze’는 지나버린 옛 추억의 향수를 그린 '지다'의 원곡을 거미만의 독보적인 음색으로 아련하지만 따뜻하게 재해석한 곡이다. Lofi Jazzhop을 기반으로 한 피아노, 기타, 드럼 편곡과 빈티지한 느낌의 스트링 사운드로 원곡의 부드럽고 듣기 편한 감성을 살리는 것뿐만 아니라, 곡 후반부로 갈수록 펼쳐지는 느낌을 가미한 브라스 사운드는 원곡과는 또 다른 매력의 따뜻함과 아련함을 느낄 수 있다. 특히 ‘거미’만의 섬세하고 깊은 표현력이 함께하며 원곡보다 더 성숙한 감성이 담긴 곡으로 완성되었다.
