미국의 가수이자 래퍼 Doja Cat (도자 캣)은 2014년 싱글 'So High'을 발표하며  'Roll With Us', 'Go To Town', 'Candy' 등의 곡으로 활동을 이어나갔다. 2018년에는 첫 정규앨범 [Amala]를 발표, 자신이 느끼는 즐거움과 자유를 그대로 녹여내 중독성 짙은 몽환 팝의 진수라는 극찬을 받았다.
